Eczema is the most common skin disorder of all. One in every ten adults have eczema. Children are even more at risk to this common skin disease. Pay particular attention to your skin when you get out of the shower since this is when it will most likely be needing some lotion right after. Make sure to keep you and your body hydrated during the winter months when you skin will be dry and easily irritated.
